Abstract:
This paper presents in its first part a case study and the corresponding eoaluaiion of the set up of Quality Control (QC) Circles in a Brazilian affiliate of a multínational corporaiion. The concluding part of the paper reports the recent experience regarding the set up of QC Circles wíthin the work organization process, in Trance, carried out in twelve large enterprises, surveyed and evaluated by Françoise Chevalier during a five year period (1980-1985).
