Abstract:
Training-evaluation has been examined in depth in a recent special issue of RAE. Upon feeling that a quantitative evaluation method was missing the author describes the Wicks- Yewdall method which optimizes training expenditure for large enterprises. Otherwise there are personal opinions and some ideas of managers about the evaluation of training.
