O significado do mundo do ganho

Abstract:
The management of a company ceases to be an art and becomes a science at the stage when one relates desired or undesired eftects of their respectives causes. This happens when one can understand the process that occurs in a company from the moment the inputs start to betransformed into sales. An embarassingly simple theory, recently developed, shows that it must not be assigned equal importance to each event; instead, one must profit from the fact that company's events are interrelated and this allows one to concentrate only on the most impacting ones over the global result.
