Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to ofter a framework of analysis the Human Resource's (H.R.) role. To do it, we wil analyse the theories thai emphasizes the strategic actions played for the difterentes organizational's actors. In this way, we are also critized the difterents contingents variables that normally are considered like determinantsof the H.R.'s role, i.e., technology, environment and size of the organizations. The framework propose the organizational'sactor as a person orieniaied by his own oalues, strategies and goals. This approach shows how important the actors behaoior's impact will have upon the companies in general, and specifically, upon H.R.'s roles, strategies and policies. This paper was especially concerned with thissubject. We tried to show the strengths of the deterministic's approaches and argued that neio's frameworks and perspectives should consider the actor's relations and strategies. It can help to clarify the H.R. roles and place in the organizations.
