Abstract: This paper presents a new scientific paradigm, organized from cybernetics and biology, that in the last 20 years became useful in many areas of the science and called until now by Complexity Paradigm; their origins, mainscientists and some fundamental concepts: organization, autoorganization,autonomy and evento Later, some possibilities of aplication this paradigm to the organizational analysis, as well the limits.
