A neurose profissional
Nicole Aubert
RAE - Revista de Administração de Empresas, 1993, vol. 33, issue 1
Abstract:
The text aims to show the differences between the concepts of stress and neurosis in working conditions, according to the author is not only based on the terms but mainly on the theoretical basis of the concepts. Three clinic cases are explained illustrating the concepts of "iraumatic professional neurosis", "professional psichoneurosis" and "neurosis of excellence", justifying the use of the word neurosis instead of stress because the later is considered less enduring and allowing the return to equilibrium.
