Abstract: This text deals with the necessity of a strategic treatment in Administration of Human Resources, as it normally occurs in other areas of Administration, so that the Organizations could establish a positive and long lasting relationship with their environment. The text suggests, in a practical way, some activities of Human Resources that should take part in several stages of a strategic plan.
