Abstract:
Thispaper deals with the life quality issue both in professional an private careers. How can we manage tension involving professional and private life? How can we train workers to achieve optimum performance in a competitive market where the unemployment rate is high and qualified and engagedpersonnel is required? How can we live under pressure and stress in the organizational environment? These are issues tackled in this paper that also brings forth the new concept in career development called spiral.
