Abstract:
This article analyses the evolution of Ouality Control Circles (OCC) in Brazilian industries where there has been a continuity of this management practice. For this purpose, a survey was carried out in 37 firms. Apart from the process of diffusion, the changes in the OCC's elements were evaluated, as well as the firms' perspectives in relation to this practice.
