Abstract:
Point man for the Fed on Y2K, Governor Edward (Mike) Kelley discusses his life at the Board of Governors, ranging from monetary policy to banking supervision to operations. His leadership roles have exposed him to nearly every facet of the Federal Reserve System, and with his lengthy tenure since 1987, he can claim the institutional memory chair of honor.
