What trends exist in regional housing market data?

Renee Courtois Haltom and Pierre Daniel Sarte

Richmond Fed Economic Brief, 2010, issue Nov, No 10-11

We investigate how regional vacancies, population, net migration, and other demographic variables have affected regional housing activity over several recent business cycles.
