Abstract: The article discusses the prospects of the international financial markets development and presents their 2011 dynamics forecasts. The emphasis is on the Russian market in the post-crisis period. Implementation of the positive potential impact of the financial market on economic development appears to be one of the major objectives of the Russian economic policy.
