Abstract: The present paper contains an analysis of the bank competitiveness. We demonstrate that its integral competitiveness has a multi-level nature and includes net bank competitiveness, competitiveness of bank products, services and operations. We describe measures that can be used to improve the characteristics of each level on integral bank competitiveness.
