Abstract: The article examines historical examples of the origin of network relations and networks, including networks of financial and legal relations arising under them. The author offers a modern version of the practical solutions of problems in the field of investment in innovation. The way to solve this problem - the use of existing and new financial networks of investors and entrepreneurs.
