Abstract:
The article presents the experience of civil servants performance indicators system development in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation — the evidence from the department of budget methodology. The authors explore the main steps of performance indicators system development, provide the analysis of the main functional directions of the Department, present the main characteristics of the initial list of the performance indicators and suggest further directions of performance indicators application.
