Reflections on the Financing of Hospital Capital: A Canadian Perspective

R.G. Evans and M.L. Barer

Centre for Health Services and Policy Research from University of British Columbia - Centre for Health Services and Policy Research.

Abstract: What is capital? capital is commitment. Capital investment decisions in the health care "industry" seem howver to be relatively inflexible compared with decisions elsewhere in the economy.
