Abstract: Nous comparons deux modeles de financement de l'economie: le modele "europeen", ou les consommateurs salaries pretent aux entreprises (directement ou au travers d'intermediaires financiers), et ou les "capitalistes" empruntent pour financer les investissements; le modele "anglo-saxon" ou les consommateurs salaries sont aussi des actionnaires des entreprises.
