Abstract: Plusieurs exemples recents (Coree, Bresil ...) montrent que l'accumulation de capital productif, dans une situation de taux de change fixes, s'est accompagnee d'un accroissement explosif de la dette exterieure, conduisant finalement a une crise financiere. Utilisant un modele theorique dynamique, nous nous demandons si cette evolution etait ineluctable.
