Abstract: Les regimes de pension d'employeur et les regimes enregistres d'epargne-retraite collectifs (REER collectifs) constituent des avantages associes tres souvent aux "bons emplois". Ces regimes sont une composante de base de la remuneration et de la securite des employes. Ils representent egalement une part importante de revenu de retraite global et permettent de completer la couverture de base offerte par les prgrammes de revenu de retraite federal et provincial.
