Abstract:
This study has two objectives: 1) To compare alternative pedagogies for training service employees to improve both their interpersonal and task-related skills; 2) To examine whether training can enhance service knowledge and behavior in a nation which is regarded as having little service-oriented culture or history (Taylor, 1991).
