Abstract: In April 2013, at the meetings of the Presidium of the Government of the Russian Federation the following issues were discussed: the draft law which excludes from registers approved by the Government of the Russian Federation the information on federal movable property assigned to state academies of sciences; the draft law which sets a differentiated approach to determination of the methods of calculation and the maximum amount of fare for passage of means of transportation on paid motorways built on the basis of concession agreements and other motorways; the draft law which exempts from imposition of the individual income tax on pensions paid after January 1, 2005 on the basis of agreements of nongovernment pension insurance.
