Abstract: In February 2015, at the meetings of the Government of the Russian Federation the following issues among other things were discussed: establishment of administrative responsibility for violation of the procedure for carrying out transactions by state (municipal) unitary enterprises or state (municipal) entities and supplying of the data on accounting and management of federal property; upgrading of the system of the secondary vocational training and development of the national system of accreditation.
