Abstract: In December, the following amendments were introduced in the legislation: the minimum amount of wages and salaries was increased; from the New Year a new composition and volumes of the consumer goods basket in the Russian Federation in general were formed, and the subsistence level in the Russian Federation will be set on the basis of the new procedure for determination of the consumer goods basket.
