Abstract: Реальные располагаемые доходы населения за 9 месяцев 2013 г. выросли на 3,6% по сравнению с соответствующим периодом 2012 г. Самые высокие темпы роста заработной платы наблюдались в бюджетном секторе, что было связано с исполнением Указов Президента Российской Федерации от 7 мая 2012 г. Доходное неравенство за январь-сентябрь 2013 г. несколько увеличилось. Уровень бедности в 1 полугодии 2013 г. выше, чем за соответствующий период 2012 г. из-за изменения методики расчета прожиточного минимума.
