Abstract: В мае текущего года постановлением Правительства РФ утвержден порядок определения цены при осуществлении закупок товаров, работ, услуг по государственному оборонному заказу, Минфином России для министерств утверждена примерная форма общих требований к определению нормативных затрат на оказание государственной (муниципальной) услуги государственным (муниципальным) учреждением.
