Abstract: В анализируемый период основным направлением деятельности в сфере экономики являлась подготовка проекта бюджета на 2016 г. Еще только предстоит рассмотрение проекта бюджета 2016 г. в комитетах и комиссиях Федерального Собрания РФ, но уже очевидно, что государство не планирует в ближайшее время существенным образом менять свою экономическую стратегию, сокращать и/или модифицировать структуру расходов относительно 2015 г., плановый дефицит бюджета сохранится в пределах 3% ВВП.
