Abstract: По предварительным оценкам Минфина России, доходы федерального бюджета за 2020 г. составили 18,7 трлн руб. против прогнозировавшихся 20,6 трлн руб., а расходы – 22,8 трлн руб. против запланированных 19,7 трлн руб. Столь значительные изменения в исполнении государственного бюджета были обусловлены влиянием пандемии и необходимостью осуществления антикризисной поддержки бизнеса и населения. Совокупный объем средств, потребовавшийся для этого, составил 5 трлн руб.
