Abstract: В марте 2021 г. большая часть ключевых показателей промышленности, обследуемых «Российским экономическим барометром», выглядела весьма оптимистично – например, диффузные индексы заработной платы (59%) и выпуска (53%). Диффузный индекс портфеля заказов не был таким высоким с 2012 г. – 58%, а аналогичный индекс запасов готовой продукции, наоборот, не был таким низким с 2009 г. – 32%. Уровень загрузки производственных мощностей (86%) повторил свой максимум декабря 2020 г. – рекорд за всю 30-летнюю историю наблюдений. Не менее оптимистично выглядели многие трехмесячные прогнозы: диффузный индекс ожидаемых изменений заработной платы достиг шестилетнего максимума (68%), а занятости – девятилетнего (56%).
