Abstract: В октябре 2022 г. максимального значения за всю историю наблюдений достиг уровень загрузки производственных мощностей – 89%. Уровень загрузки наличной рабочей силы также был довольно высок – 95% – в тройке «максимумов» за 30 лет. Уровень запасов непроданной готовой продукции, если принимать нормальный уровень за 100%, сокращался третий месяц подряд и был довольно низким – 76%. Тогда как уровень заказов за месяц вырос сразу на 10 пунктов и достиг 105% – максимального значения с 1991 г. Доля предприятий в "хорошем" или "нормальном" финансовом состоянии составила 90%, что является лучшим результатом 2022 г., а выше оно было лишь однажды – в декабре 2018 г. Доля предприятий, у которых задолженности банкам нет и не ожидается в ближайшие три месяца, составила 51% – максимум за два года.
