Abstract: Большая часть обследуемых «Российским экономическим барометром» показателей в сентябре 2023 г. оказалась примерно на уровне предыдущего месяца, а значит, снова выглядела оптимистично. Не обошлось и без рекордов за всю историю наблюдений в «РЭБ». Например, нового максимума достиг уровень загрузки производственных мощностей – 93%. Максимальное, хоть и не в первый раз, значение оказалось у уровня загрузки рабочей силы (99%). Объем заказов составил 103% от нормального месячного уровня, приравниваемого к 100% (2-е место). Доля предприятий в «хорошем» или «нормальном» финансовом состоянии повысилась до уровня 98% (на 4 пункта выше предыдущего рекорда). А минимального значения достиг диффузный индекс ожидаемой через три месяца задолженности банкам – 12%.
