Abstract: В феврале 2023 г. уровень загрузки производственных мощностей второй раз за всю историю наблюдений «Российского экономического барометра» (первый был зафиксирован в октябре 2022 г.) составил максимальные 89%. Уровень загрузки наличной рабочей силы также находится почти на максимуме – 96% (от нормального месячного уровня, принимаемого за 100%). Диффузный индекс занятости, прибавив сразу 7 пунктов, достиг максимального уровня за всю 30-летнюю историю наблюдений – 58%. Среди диффузных индексов ожидаемых через три месяца изменений, которые в последние месяцы выглядят весьма оптимистично, хотелось бы отметить индекс выпуска, который прибавил еще два пункта и вышел на приближенное к максимальным для себя значение в 69% (выше он поднимался лишь пять раз).
