Abstract: В 2023 г. Россия продолжила предоставлять экономическую и гуманитарную помощь беднейшим странам мира. В статье представлен обзор основных направлений российского содействия международному развитию (СМР) на основе открытых источников информации. В ходе мониторинга был зафиксирован тренд перехода на двусторонние программы помощи развитию в соответствии с новыми приоритетами обновленной Концепции СМР в 2023 г.
