Abstract: El restaurante-asador “La Carbonería”, especializado en carnes a la parrilla, está situado en la zona más céntrica de Algeciras, en el perímetro de la Plaza Alta, junto a la Capilla de Nuestra Señora de Europa. Cuenta con una plantilla de 10 trabajadores fijos, algunos a tiempo parcial, plantilla que se ve incrementada en las épocas de intensa actividad (veranos, períodos festivos,…). The restaurant - spit " The Coal-yard ", specialized in meats to the gridiron, is placed in the most central zone of Algeciras, in the perimeter of the High Plaza, close to the Chapel of Our Lady of Europa. It possesses an insole of 10 fixed workers, part-time some, insole that meets increased in the epochs of intense activity (summers, festive periods, …).
