Psychological empowerment is a situation related to the perceptions of employees and refers to the effort to eliminate the belief of powerlessness in employees or to increase their self-efficacy perceptions. Another concept as important as empowerment for organizations is commitment. Although there are different dimensions of commitment, emotional commitment is considered to be more important for organizations.
