Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the relationship between organizational trust, quiet quitting, and work-life balance from the perspective of employees in the construction sector. To this end, data were collected from 316 employees working in construction companies operating in the province of Kocaeli. The analyses carried out within the scope of the research revealed a statistically significant and moderately negative relationship between organizational trust and quiet quitting. However, no statistically significant relationship was identified between work-life balance and quiet quitting. In light of these findings, it can be concluded that employees’ trust in their organization may reduce the tendency toward quiet quitting in the construction sector, whereas work-life balance does not appear to exert a significant influence on quiet quitting.
