Abstract:
This paper is focused on the local development problematic, not analyzed according to an endogenous view but, on the contrary, according to a territory conception opened to its institutional and economic environment (nationally, international). Such a conception involves thinking and clearing the institutional and economic articulations between territorial and global dynamics. However, we\'ll essentially take an interest in the tangling between the various regulation spatial scales and the economic systems. In a first part, we present the analytic basis of our approach (territory, local governance) in terms of \"Economie de la proximité\". In a second part, we try to understand the today articulations between local governance and global regulation, when exercise and transmission of the power are changing.
