Abstract: The objective of this article is to present the theory of structuring ( A. Giddens) through a plural approach. Indeed, this sociology defines a duality of the structure, matrix through which the social systems are produced and reproduced in and for the collective action: the structural properties of social systems result from the appropriation by qualified actors in interaction of rules and resources that structuring themselves social systems. Such a recursive construction makes notably possible to bridge a gap between individual dynamics of structuring and collective ones. Thus, it is especially in and for the interaction that the organizational actor abounds his stock of competences. More generally, the "individual-collective" link intervening between action, its consequences and intention makes the main point with regard to the problematic concerning creation and legitimacy of the supports of coordination, as much from an economics point of view as from a technological management one.
