Abstract: " Objective - The paper aims to. determine the level of effectiveness of the entrepreneurship education of a state university in fostering entrepreneurial intention of the respondents, and investigate how entrepreneurial attitudes, self-efficacy, and practical experiences influence the effectiveness of entrepreneurial education in fostering entrepreneurial intention among college students. The study also aims to identify the challenges respondents face in translating their intentions into entrepreneurial activities after completing their entrepreneurial education at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Methodology/Technique - The study employed a mixed-methods approach (quantitative and qualitative), collecting data through student surveys from 423 participants (first- to fourth-year level) enrolled in the BS Entrepreneurship program. Findings - The results revealed that the Entrepreneurship program is highly effective in fostering students' entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial education was considered important by respondents, with the ""Business Plan"" course identified as a major contributor, while financial constraints and lack of funding were identified as the primary challenges. Novelty - The study addresses existing gaps in the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education by highlighting the importance of practical, action-based learning and identifying specific institutional challenges faced by entrepreneurship students that hinder their entrepreneurial pursuits and translate into actual behavior.
