Abstract: This article focuses on the role that organizational culture and structure play in the servitization of industrial firms. Based on a qualitative approach, we analyze the characteristics of the organizational culture and structure of a mid-cap company in which the service strategy has led to a significant development of service activities. We show that the development of service activities by industrial companies does not necessarily imply that they abandon their product-oriented culture, nor that they create a structure dedicated to services.
