Abstract:
Learning phenomena are of growing concern in the context of foresight studies applied to organizations. Nevertheless, the real nature of the link between foresight studies and organizational learning remains fuzzy and ambiguous. The aim of this article is therefore to explore the foresight processes and their cognitive dimensions in terms of knowledge creation. This analysis is essentially based on a participant observation of a foresight study's working group which allowed to examine the cognitive processes that emerged in a concrete way.
