Abstract: If the objective of the European Cluster for Fruit and Vegetable Innovation is clear, that is to encourage innovation throughout the agri-food chain, the question of its governance remains. In this context, with the help of a network structures analysis model, a description of its characteristics is proposed. Based on this analysis, a diagnostic of its functioning is carried out and managerial recommendations drawn up.
