Abstract:
This article deals with employability. The authors, first of all, highlight the role played by one of the determinants of employability: job satisfaction of employees since the implementation of strategies to promote the development of new skills and thus increasing employability is much stronger when they do not feel satisfied in their work. The authors then show the role played by both tools in the development of employability: training and social networks. Reflection and revolves around a case study realised in 2011 which is used to triangulate the results of the analysis of qualitative interviews and statistical treatment of a quantitative questionnaire.
