Abstract:
The XIX century was the time of lot of innovations that create hazard for human and his environment. Management's researchers try to indentify risks in these organizations to propose some advises to avoid catastrophes. The first risks' identifications were design thanks to the engineers, experts of these innovations. That's why the statistics were used. But these models and the post-accidental analyses are full of biases due to the re-interpretations. Then the theorizing on HRO is relevant to use on the subject of risks mitigation. We will focus on the principles of these organizations.
