Abstract: Problems of microencapsulation of drugs mainly deal with not only the methods of their production, but mostly they are linked with the evidentiary tools of the particles. The article reviews the assessments of the micro-and nanocapsules containing a cephalosporin antibiotic, namely, cefotaxime by atomic force, confocal and elecreon microscopy, IR, Raman and UV spectroscopy. The research indicates that these methods are applicable for identification of micro-and nanocapsulative medicines.
