Abstract:
This article focuses on the professionalization of associations by identifying ways of managing skills of civil society actors. The question is to know if the professionalization of the combination may cause a change in the associative structure towards a system that can be compared to a private practice of similar. These associations reach or not a certain degree of organization and structure considered of professional?
