Abstract: This paper describes an approach for creativity that is different from classical approaches as "Brain Storming". The proposed methodology is based on the mobilization of experts, on the modeling and intensive use of the knowledge capital of the company. It follows a process called "chaotic" that stimulates creativity and helps to the emergence of innovative propositions.
