Abstract: La couverture du risque pays par les incitations financière de l'aide publique au développement en Afrique, engendre la refondation du cadre institutionnel et organisationnel des bénéficiaires. Ces incitations améliorent la couverture du risque pays quand le cadre institutionnel et organisationnel est équitable. Summary Hedging country by the financial incentives of the ODA in Africa, causes rebuilding the institutional and organizational framework of the beneficiaries.
