Abstract: [English] Ontology, theory and organizational governance or the question of Being to the foundations of the challenges of the Organization The philosophers who have looked further into the question of ontology, of knowledge of one is to be, have showed that the person is thrown into the world but also that the person is not limited to this field of being an intrasociety man. The person also has his or her unicity in its deepest Being. In addition, this depth of the person leads to the relation with the other. How does the governance of the organizations integrate this dimension ? Moreover, can it, if not to support, but at least to allow the development of this freedom and this truth of the persons ? By reconsidering the objectives of the organizations, to associate with the dimension of the efficient management of the resources a dimension based on the community of the people, ontology makes it possible to contribute to the taking into account of the requirements of our modern society. In the same way the mechanisms of governance, reconsidered with the lighting of ontology result redefining the place of the systems of remuneration and in differently considering the role of the processes of control of the top executives by the non-executive directors.
