Abstract:
Although very little is spoken about mentoring in France, it appears to be at the right place in the Anglo-Saxon practices of HR development regardless. A web-based survey with a participating number of 402 managers illustrated the benefits of informal mentoring as perceived by the French. As a result, the view of informal mentoring was seen as a base contribution to establishing a more efficient process of organizational socialization.
