Abstract:
Outsourcing of logistical activities to logistics service providers is one of the most emblematic aspects of the new "disintegrated firm". Even though many observers are enthusiastic about "collective projects" that bring together multiple partners on a cooperative model, a different reality emerges: that of a collective vision often difficult to create, and workers involved in "trans-border teams" who hope to receive fair remuneration directly related to their performance within the collective organization. This personal reflection illustrates, from the logistics industry, one of the most important developments of contemporary capitalism.
